Cutting

Oxy-cutting
Clean and controlled cuts thanks to high-precision oxy-cutting systems, ideal for thick plates and linear geometries.
Plasma cutting
A fast and versatile process that uses a high-temperature plasma jet to achieve accurate and consistent cuts. It reduces thermal deformation and offers good finishing quality across a wide range of thicknesses.
Mechanical trimming
Mechanical trimming ensures precisely machined edges, ready for assembly, welding or final use.
Sa 2.5 shot-blasting
A clean and uniform surface, ready to receive protective coatings or painting. Sa 2.5 shot-blasting removes oxides and impurities, ensuring optimal adhesion for coatings.

Heat treatments
Thanks to cycles of normalizing and annealing performed in automatic furnaces, we optimize the steel microstructure, enhancing strength, toughness and dimensional stability for reliable and consistent performance.

Mechanical tests performed in accordance with international standards to verify steel performance under different operating conditions:

Ultrasonic testing
Ultrasonic inspections are performed by qualified, certified personnel according to European and ASTM/ASME standards: EN10160, A/SA 435, A/SA 578 Level A-B-C. Additional testing is available upon request based on customer specifications.

La lamiera è verificata con prove NDT — ultrasuoni, magnetoscopia e liquidi penetranti — per garantire l’integrità del materiale e la massima affidabilità strutturale, in linea con gli standard EN e ASTM.
Markings
Clear and permanent markings made through stenciling, labeling or soft die stamping, ensuring full traceability throughout the production chain. Each plate reaches the customer with secure, legible identification compliant with technical requirements.
